Registered NDIS Support
Across Perth, Based in the North
Cyrus Ability Care is a registered NDIS provider working out of Perth’s northern suburbs and delivering across the wider metro area. We support participants with daily care, complex health needs, and the practical help that keeps everyday life running.
Our registration covers high intensity daily personal activities. Participants with complex care needs have a local provider that can take them on, not turn them away.
Registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
The Support We Deliver
We hold NDIS registration across ten support groups. A curated set is below. The full list sits on our services pages.
Personal Care (0107 and 0104)
Help through the morning and evening routine. Showering, dressing, grooming, meal support, mobility, and medication prompts. Standard and high intensity care are both available.
Complex and High Intensity Care (0104)
Clinical support from trained, supervised workers. This covers PEG and naso-gastric feeding, tracheostomy and catheter management, ventilator support, subcutaneous injections, and complex wound, bowel, and severe dysphagia care. Few local providers hold this registration.
Community Nursing Care (0114)
Nursing support in the home for participants with clinical health needs, including medication management and health monitoring.
Household Tasks (0120)
Practical help keeping a home running. Cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and yard upkeep for participants who need regular support.
Development of Life Skills (0117)
Building the skills that support independent living. Cooking, budgeting, using transport, and managing everyday tasks.
Participate in Community (0125)
Support to get out and stay connected. We help participants reach the groups, activities, and places that matter to them.
Why Coordinators Send Us Referrals
- We take the hard ones. High intensity registration means we accept complex participants many providers cannot support.
- We are local and quick. Based in the northern corridor, we reach participants across Perth and turn referrals around fast.
- We keep workers consistent. Participants see the same faces who know their routine, not a changing roster.
- We stay reachable. Coordinators get a provider that answers the phone and keeps them updated through the service agreement.
