About Cyrus Ability Care
Cyrus Ability Care is a registered NDIS provider based in Perth’s northern suburbs. We deliver disability support across the metro area, from everyday personal care through to complex, high intensity support that many providers are not registered to offer.
We work alongside participants, families, support coordinators, and plan managers to put the right support in place and keep it steady over time.
ABN: 49 676 216 363. Registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
What We Do
We hold NDIS registration across ten support groups. That covers daily personal care, household help, community access, life skills, travel, employment support, community nursing, and high intensity clinical care.
Because our registration includes high intensity daily personal activities, we can support participants with care needs that require trained clinical delivery. One provider can cover both the everyday and the complex, which means fewer handovers and fewer gaps for the participant.
Our Vision
A Perth where people with disability get support that is local, consistent, and matched to their goals, without having to chase it.
Our Mission
To deliver reliable, person-first NDIS support that helps participants live the way they choose, with the same workers they know and trust.
Our Values

Respect.
We follow the participant's choices and treat every home as their space, not ours.

Reliability.
When we agree to a support schedule, we show up. Consistent workers, kept commitments.

Choice.
Participants have a say in who supports them and how their support is delivered.

Safety.
We meet the NDIS Practice Standards and deliver complex care with trained, supervised workers.

Honesty.
Clear communication with participants, families, and coordinators, including when something needs to change.
Our Approach
We start by understanding the participant’s goals and plan. We match support workers to their needs and preferences, not just availability. We keep the same team in place so support stays familiar. And we stay in contact with coordinators and families so no one is left guessing.
