Core NDIS Services

Cyrus Ability Care delivers core NDIS supports across Perth’s northern suburbs and the wider metro area.

Each support below shows the registration group that funds it. All supports are available to NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants.

Personal Care (0107)

Support with daily personal activities. Showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and medication prompts, delivered at home on a schedule that fits the plan. For participants who need a hand with the routine to start and end the day well.

Support to take part in social, recreational, and community life. We help participants reach the groups, classes, events, and places that matter to them, and stay connected to their community.

Flexible, participant-led ways to build skills, confidence, and connections through community involvement. For participants who want to try new activities or work toward a specific social or personal goal.

Travel and Transport (0108)

Support to get where the participant needs to go. Appointments, activities, work, study, and community outings, with safe and reliable transport across Perth.

Household Tasks (0120)

 Practical help to keep a home running. Cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and yard upkeep for participants who need regular support to maintain a comfortable living space.

Daily Tasks and Shared Living (0115)

Support for participants in shared or supported living to manage daily tasks and shared responsibilities. We help keep the household and the routine working for everyone in it.

Life Skills and Capacity Building (0117)

Building the skills that support independent living. Cooking, budgeting, using public transport, using technology, and managing everyday tasks, so participants can do more on their own over time.

Employment Support (0102)

Support to find, start, and keep work or study. We help participants build workplace skills, prepare for roles, and stay engaged in employment and education.

Allied Health Connections

We do not deliver allied health directly. We work alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and behaviour support practitioners, and help coordinate their input as part of the participant’s support.

How Our Services Are Funded

Every support above is funded under its NDIS registration group and is available to NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants. Not sure which support matches a participant’s plan? We will help work it out.

How to Access These Services

Support coordinators and plan nominees can refer a participant directly. Call 0411 739 351, email info@cyrusability.com.au, or use our referral form.
