High Intensity and Complex Care

Cyrus Ability Care is registered to deliver high intensity daily personal activities. This is complex care that requires trained, supervised support workers, and many providers are not registered to offer it. Participants with high care needs can access it locally through us.

What High Intensity Support Covers (0104)

Our high intensity registration includes:

✓ PEG and naso-gastric tube feeding and management

✓ Tracheostomy management

✓ Urinary catheter management

✓ Ventilator management

✓ Subcutaneous injections

✓ Complex wound management

✓ Complex bowel care

✓ Severe dysphagia management

Who This Is For

Participants with complex health and care needs that go beyond standard personal care. This may include people with high physical support needs, chronic health conditions, or clinical requirements that must be delivered safely and consistently by trained workers.

How We Deliver It Safely

Complex care is delivered by workers who are trained for the specific support a participant needs and supervised in line with the NDIS Practice Standards. We build clear support plans, keep detailed records, and coordinate with a participant’s health professionals so care stays consistent and safe.

Community Nursing Care (0114)

We also deliver community nursing support in the home for participants with clinical health needs. This includes medication management, continence support, health monitoring, and clinical care that supports a participant to stay well at home.

How It Is Funded

High intensity daily personal activities are funded under registration group 0104. Community nursing care is funded under registration group 0114. Both are available to NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants.
