We collect information directly from participants and their representatives where possible. We may also collect it from support coordinators, plan managers, referrers, family members, and the NDIS with appropriate consent or authority.

We store personal information securely and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Access is limited to workers who need it to deliver or manage support. Records are kept for as long as required by law and NDIS requirements, then securely destroyed.

Who We May Share It With

We only share personal information where necessary and with appropriate consent or legal authority. This may include:
Support workers delivering the participant’s supports
 The NDIS and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
 Plan managers and support coordinators
 Health professionals involved in the participant’s care
 Regulatory bodies where required by law
We do not sell personal information.

Participants and their representatives can:
Ask what personal information we hold
 Request access to that information
 Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date
 Make a complaint about how we handle personal information
